Take Home Projects

A lot of startups and even established companies give candidates take-home assignments that they have to complete within a stipulated amount of time. These are designed to simulate a real-life problem that the company or product team is working on and assess how a candidate thinks through the problem, comes up with solutions, and presents their recommendations in a verbal presentation or as a set of slides or documents. While these take up a lot of time, I truly believe they are a great opportunity for a candidates to showcase their talent and set themselves apart from the crowd.  

 

The Product Management Interview Coaching for Take-Home assignments is designed to get candidates to work on problems similar to the ones they will get in their interview loops. For ethical reasons, I will not actually work on their real Take-Home assignments.

 

The Course will help the candidate come up with approaches and a framework, ideate and put together a set of slides or document that comprehensively addresses the problems similar to ones they will encounter as part of their interview process.  The Course will emphasize product strategy, execution, prioritization, structure and organization and communication. This is not only useful for interviews but also for real world problems PMs encounter in their jobs.
